General Terms and Conditions of Sale
1. Intellectual Property and Confidentiality
(Articles L 122-4 and L 111-1 of the French Intellectual Property Code). The client undertakes to treat all information and documents provided to them in connection with the conclusion or performance of the contract as confidential. Any translation, editing, conversion, modification, or reproduction of contract documents, studies, plans, or other materials is prohibited without the supplier's written consent.
2. Personal data
The customer data collected by the service provider is processed electronically and is essential for order processing. This personal data is also stored for security reasons and to comply with legal and regulatory obligations. Storage continues for as long as necessary for the provision of services and the fulfillment of any guarantees after their completion. The data controller is the service provider, whose contact details can be found at the beginning of this document. Access to personal data is strictly limited to the data controller's employees who are authorized to process this data within the scope of their duties. The collected data may be shared with third parties contractually affiliated with the company for the performance of outsourced activities without the customer's consent. In accordance with French Law No. 78-17 of January 6, 1978, on Data Processing, Data Files and Individual Liberties, as amended by Law No. 2004-801 of August 6, 2004, and European Regulation No. 2016/679, the customer has the right to access, rectify, erase, and transfer their personal data, as well as the right to object to the processing of their data for legitimate reasons. These rights can be exercised by contacting the data controller at the postal or email address provided above and presenting a valid identification document. In the event of a complaint, the customer may contact the French Data Protection Authority (CNIL).
